When You Know You Are Getting Old

I have been doing a lot of redecorating in my house. I woke up this morning, thinking a truck had rolled over my body. I couldn't even get out of bed! I know I am getting old. I used to be able to work on a room and get up the next day and do it again. It is not that way anymore. Or maybe it is a wake up call to start getting those pesky pounds off once and for all. I have been trying, but walking in the heat is nauseating. I will get the work done, it's just I have so much work to do. I hope my body can recover and I will be able to work without pain. I just popped some Motrin, and we will see in 20 minutes how it has helped. Pray for me!
