I also had to add that we should remember the men and women who fought a valiant fight on the beaches of Normandy. Today is the anniversary of that terrific battle. I have studied WW2 and am amazed at the spirit of our country. I found this picture on the web and thought it was appropriate. So I honor those who died and bloodied the shores of Normandy to thwart the evil that was Hitler.
