Our house is under construction as of now. With the kids out of school and the flood, we need to get some work done on our house. (oh, yeah we had the air conditioning pump clog and it made water back up and flood a part of my bedroom.) So I have a lot of work ahead of me. I think it will be good to have the children home so they can learn how to paint a room. We have their bedrooms to paint and get all cute. I am grateful for the knowledge that I do have of fixing up a room. Construction isn't cheap that's for sure. I remember as a young adult helping my parents paint and wall paper. It was a hard job, but I did find some satisfaction in doing it. One summer we moved 3 times and that meant fixing up houses 3 times. My sisters and I said we could be Flippers. ( A term for when you flip a house) I don't think I could be one now. I have ton of work to do. I am kind of excited about the fact that we are getting those projects done. Well, I have to go, I have the electrician here and I need to oversee the work he is doing.
